Brett Whiteley

Brett David Whiteley (born 1 July 1960) is a Liberal Party politician who was the serving member of the House of Representatives for Braddon from 2013 to 2016.

He was first elected as a member for the state electorate of Braddon in the 2002 election, and left parliament after the 2010 state election. Whiteley was the CEO of Burnie Sports and Events a sister company to the Burnie City Council. He is married to Sue (nee Dyer) and they have two sons, Josh and Jackson, and a daughter, Jessica.

Whiteley is a candidate for the seat of Braddon in the 2018 Federal by-election.
